We also produce the Keeping Up With Events Podcast, a conversation-driven show for event, marketing, hospitality, and experience professionals who want to stay ahead of industry trends through real-world insights and honest conversations with industry leaders.

About the Internship

We are seeking a Podcast Production & Guest Coordination Intern to support the production of the Keeping Up With Events Podcast. This role offers hands-on experience in podcast coordination, speaker preparation, content development, and visual promotion.

You’ll work closely with the podcast host to help shape each episode, coordinate guests, and support the behind-the-scenes production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with booking and scheduling podcast guests

• Coordinate episode topics with the podcast host

• Support speaker topic development and approval, ensuring episodes focus on the guest’s expertise

• Assist with developing interview questions for each episode

• Help prep speakers ahead of recording, including sharing questions and expectations

• Design and post speaker graphics and promotional visuals

• Support basic episode promotion and scheduling, as needed

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in podcasts, events, marketing, media, or content creation

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable communicating with professionals and industry leaders

• Basic design experience (Canva or similar tools preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
